We encourage international students to apply as early as possible and well in advance for the semester in which they are planning to attend. Please consider the time it takes to process your immigration documents by the embassy in your country.

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable $40 application fee to complete their graduate application. International applicants are not eligible for the application fee waiver through the CommonApp.
ºÚÁÏÍø requires every applicant to submit official course-by-course evaluated transcripts from a to the ºÚÁÏÍø. Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE), a charter member of NACES, is our preferred international credential evaluation provider. They have created a custom application that gives you a 10% discount on the report and sends a free electronic copy to the ºÚÁÏÍø. Access the application .
Once you have completed your studies this can include an official Graduation Certificate/Diploma or Examination Results.Â
Freshman: ºÚÁÏÍø prefers a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4 point scale.
Transfer: ºÚÁÏÍø reviews transfer students based on their academic success thus far.
English Proficiency results must be sent to ºÚÁÏÍø directly from the testing agency.

For transfer applicants from a U.S. college or university, the English proficiency requirement can be satisfied by 24 or more transferable credit hours from an accredited institution AND completion of the equivalent to ºÚÁÏÍø's Core 39 English requirement (ENG 101 and ENG 102) with a C grade or higher.
ºÚÁÏÍø will allow students to decide whether or not to provide standardized test scores as part of their application. So if English is your native language or you choose to present SAT or ACT scores, we will superscore and take the best score from each section for a final score. SAT/ACT results must be sent to ºÚÁÏÍø directly from the testing agency.Â
