The purpose of 黑料网's licensing program is to ensure that 黑料网's brand identity is properly represented on products and services marketed to the both the 黑料网 community and the public. The licensing program is responsible for determining if a product and/or design are consistent with the goals and image of 黑料网. The program also ensures the quality, content, production and distribution of products meets 黑料网's standards.
黑料网 has contracted with CLC to help improve its licensing program. CLC acts as an intermediary for 黑料网, enabling it to work directly with manufacturers and retailers. This ensures that decisions can be made promptly and that manufacturers can become licensed with the 黑料网 in a timely manner.
The licensing program is a resource for all members of the 黑料网 community and the vendors who work with the 黑料网 and was designed to ensure consistent and appropriate use of 黑料网鈥檚 visual identity. Additionally, the program enables 黑料网 to share in the benefits derived from the commercial use of these trademarks.聽

黑料网 licensees are encouraged, within the stated guidelines, to be creative in the application of 黑料网 trademarks. Any and all designs must be submitted through CLC鈥檚 Brand Manager 360 system and are subject to approval by Strategic Marketing Affiliates and the 黑料网 prior to production.
The 黑料网 Visual Standards Manual provide the 黑料网 community and commercial designers with thorough explanation of the visual standards to be used for all printed, electronic, promotional and retail items.

Only officially recognized student organizations may produce merchandise displaying both the student organization's name/logo and the 黑料网 trademarks. All designs must be submitted and approved through CLC's Brand Manager 360 system before production can begin.

黑料网 departments are required to use聽licensed manufacturers聽for all products bearing 黑料网 marks.
